Fall Trends: Velvet Crush

Written while watching KUWTK – are you judging me?  Probably.  I promise I don’t watch it regularly… I’m more of a Real Housewives gal.

Continuing on with the Fall/Winter Trend Series, #2 on the list is none other than Velvet.

I know what you’re probably thinking.  Is she wearing Velvet…on Velvet?  Yes.  Yes I am.  And I was about thirty seconds away from putting my hair back into a velvet hair tie as well.  If you weren’t judging me for KUWTK, you probably are now.  But its okay.  Because friends, I love velvet.

The only thing better than a velvet top is a velvet bodysuit.  I have been buying up every bodysuit I could find lately, and this one does not disappoint….not to mention on major sale and multiple colors.  Can we talk about the pants though?  If you are not above wearing glorified pajamas, well then these pants are for you.  I don’t wear pants that often, but these beauties are among the comfiest pairs I own!  And this dreamy rose leopard print seems to be taking over J. Crew right now.  Tops, bottoms, blazers – I actually have the dress too….you know I can’t resist the print AND the velvet.
